-Save the code you use to your own server, no direct linking please.

-Please fill out all the information on the form. You can use an acceptable screen name, but please don't use names like "LeGoLaS_LuVeRRR386" or something. Just make it reasonable. You must also put in your email, in case I need to contact you if the fanlisting moves and things like that. (You can choose to hide your email, instead of it appearing on the members page.)
